The place was clean and they thoughtfully designed the space to maximize effeciency. However, the building is old and you can't get around that. The room was in a good location, quiet, and fine for a couple for a weekend. There were no drawers, so if you stay longer, that could be an issue if you don't like to live out of your suitcase. Also, there was only access to a plug on one side of the bed, but when we asked for an extension cord so we could plug in phones etc on both sides of the bed, they took care of that immediately. The staff was universally friendly and helpful, and the 24 hour do it yourself coffee bar was great.

This was the perfect place for my group and our needs. Enough beds with options; a dark, quiet room in the basement, a shared room with a two full beds, the top floor king size suite, even a pull out sofa! All useful accommodations for a party of 5 or more. To top it off, the roof top hot tub with a city skyline view was incredible! It was a great location too, in walking distance to our venue in South Philly. Everything worked out perfectly, and I'm grateful that this option was available. Thank you!
